I had such a great experience with anna. the service was amazing from start to finish – extremely kind, patient, and reassuring, which made me feel really comfortable the whole time. communication was really good too, checked in often to make sure i was happy with the shape, length, and colour, which i really appreciated. the atmosphere was calm and friendly. my nails turned out exactly how i wanted, even better than i expected. definitely recommend 💗
